I am going to look into that now, but as I just commented to Moonlustie it would all have to be done through the Italian courts and I have been dealing with the Italians for almost 40 years, nothing happens till they have had their plate of pasta and nap..........AND this is Naples so you can multiply the frustration by 10000000000 xxxx
We had a basic insurance that I took our with the car rental but as he has none at all it gets very complicated over there, I am off to phone the c/c mastercard and see what they say xx
