ffiondove_20The Forbidden Planet was fantastic and my sister sang her songs absolutely brilliantly - the only way I kept from crying was by biting my lip and not looking at my mother! If you are familiar with the show my sister played Gloria the science officer.
After the show my mother, my cousin Christine and I went to my sisters hotel in the town for a meal, we all had pasta and garlic bread, it was late by then and we didn't want to eat a full 3 courses....we talked and dank until about 1.00 am then went home.....I put on the TV to relax before bed and Sharpe was on UKGold.......yippee purrrrfect end to the evening!
